A: Appreciation

We watched a couple of American Idol shows last night and one original song really resonated with me. The contestant was Thunderstorm Artis and the song was “My Last Dying Breath”. It brought me to tears as I realized what he was saying about his wife applied to my husband and what he gives me without a second thought. He takes my doubts and my pain, sometimes without my even realizing it. I appreciate him so much, I’m so blessed to have his love.

My A-Z this year are random thoughts, ideas, and whatever pops into my mind for the letter of the day. As in previous years, I will keep it short and sweet.

Till next time!

  1. The lyrics of the song is so beautiful and touching. It does make one grateful to have that special person in life.

    1. Thanks, I already had the frog graphics from a pay site, found the alphabet on Pixabay and voila! Copy & paste, all done. Thanks for stopping by!

  2. To be honest I could not finish watching it, I have been teary as it is.
It’s great that you are being loved and supported- you deserve it!
And on that note: Yay – you made it to the challenge!

    1. Yes it is and the lyrics to that song brought it right to the forefront. So glad you have a supportive partner!

  3. Glad you changed your mind about participating, Donna! And a random musing theme is always fun especially with a writer of your esteemed calibre…
Lovely post – I find myself, having just turned 70, tear-ing up (not being a tearaway) at the drop of a hat – hmm, think there might be an item for my T post there…

    1. So nice to see you pop in! At 77, I tear very easily, more so than in years past. I’ll be reading more blogs today and hope for a lot of smiles.
